Delete Your Data
Last updated: March 2, 2026
What data does Salva store?
Salva is designed to operate with minimal data. All screen protection features run entirely on your device. We do not collect or store your personal information, screen content, or usage patterns.
If you have a paid subscription, Google Play manages billing data. Salva may store the following locally on your device:
- Your chosen settings and preferences
- Unlock method configuration (PIN, pattern)
- Subscription status (verified via Google Play)
- Device identifier for household management (if using Family plan)
How to delete your data
Option 1: Uninstall the app
Since all data is stored locally on your device, uninstalling Salva removes all app data, settings, and configurations. No server-side data remains because Salva does not transmit personal data to any server.
Option 2: Clear app data
To reset Salva without uninstalling:
- Open Settings on your device
- Go to Apps → Salva → Storage
- Tap Clear data and Clear cache
Option 3: Request account deletion (Family plan)
If you use the Family plan with household management, your device may be registered in a shared household. To remove your profile and all associated data:
- Open Salva → Settings → Household → Leave household
- Or email us at [email protected] with your request
Google Play subscription
Subscription billing is managed entirely by Google Play. To cancel your subscription and remove billing data:
- Open the Google Play Store app
- Tap Menu → Subscriptions → Salva
- Tap Cancel subscription
For questions about Google Play billing data, refer to Google’s support page.
